our floral designs are created in-house by the Heritage Acres Floral Team, blending years of design experience with the natural beauty of our farm. Many of the blooms used in your wedding are grown, harvested, and arranged right here on our property — from field to bouquet. We’ve spent the last eight years crafting florals that feel organic, timeless, and perfectly suited to your day.
Our in-house planning team keeps your event on track and your heart at rest. From the rehearsal to the final send-off, we coordinate every vendor, manage the timeline, and ensure everything flows beautifully from start to finish.
With our thoughtfully curated décor collection, you’ll have access to elegant centerpieces, signage, and linens — all styled to match your vision. You simply choose your favorites, and our team handles full setup and takedown.

Our All-Inclusive Package includes a base menu for 100 guests featuring crowd favorites like Chicken Alfredo and Lasagna at $16 per person— a classic, elegant option that guests always love. But you’re not limited to that! From South-of-the-Border Mexican feasts to wood-fired pizza food trucks, we can coordinate with any caterer you’d like.
We maintain a list of trusted local vendors we’ve partnered with over the years, but if you have a favorite in mind, our team is happy to reach out and handle the details for you.

*If you’re planning for more than 100 guests, simply add $16 per person for catering.
(Custom catering is always available — this Italian menu is our included base option with Chicken Alfredo and Lasagna.)
