What is Included:

  • Rental of Heritage Acres Venue for Ceremony & Reception

  • Full Wedding Ceremony & Reception Planning & Coordinating, including Day of Coordinator.

    • Planner will have an initial consultation at the venue with the Bride & Groom to discuss what their dream wedding will look like and they will discuss budget and what is most important to them.

    • Wedding Planner will be the contact for all of the vendors.

    • Bride will have unlimited access to planner/coordinator by phone and email.

  • Full Clean Up and Removal of All decorations for the entire event.

  • Access to the Venue the day of the wedding from 10AM-11PM

  • Access to the Venue for Bridal photos and engagement session.

  • Bridal Suite Access for Bride and Bridal party

  • Access to Venue for Rehearsal on the week of the wedding, to be scheduled on the evenings of Monday-Thursday.  Or day of rehearsal.

  • Full Catered Buffet Dinner with servers present.

    • All food options available. (BBQ, Italian, Southern, Surf & Turf, etc)

    • Prices vary based on dinner selection. Base price quoted is with a Buffet BBQ dinner with 2 meat options and 2 side options.

    • Water & Sweet & Un-Sweet Tea Bar is included with all dinner options.

    • Paper goods provided. China is available for additional cost.

 

  • Bride & Groom’s Cake or other dessert option of the Bride’s choosing.

  • Floral Included in the package:

    • 2 large Reception centerpieces for the farmhouse tables.

    • 18 small Reception centerpieces for the farmhouse tables

    • Floral arrangements on Arbor

    • Brides Bouquet

    • 4 Bridesmaids Bouquets

    • Groom’s Boutonniere

    • 4 Groomsmen’s Boutonnieres

    • 6 Family Boutonnieres

    • 6 Family Corsages

  • DJ for 3.5 hour reception and 30 minute ceremony

  • Entire Set-Up and Break-down of the event.

  • Parking Lot Shuttle Service that shuttles guest from the parking lot to the venue.  Parking lot attendants will also be stationed to assist guests with parking and directions.

 

Our Base Package price for what is listed above starts at $11,800 for a Friday or Sunday Wedding.  (taxes not included)

A Saturday wedding starts out at $12,400. (taxes not included)

These base rates are quoted for 100 guests.  Each additional guest cost varies based on catering food selection.

Our planner will assist you every step of the way, making sure every detail of your day turns out perfect. By letting us take care of all the planning and coordinating, you can sit back, relax and enjoy your day without any stress or worry. Leave the details to us.

Photography, Videography, and the Officiant is not included in our All Inclusive Package pricing since every bride has her own style and budget.  When meeting with the planner, you will discuss what your set budget is for these vendors and she will assist you in finding the ones that are a perfect match for your style and budget.

All Weddings except Elopements Hosted At Heritage Acres Include the following at no additional cost:
 

o Chandelier Lighting in the Barn

o Full Clean-Up of Barn following Reception

 o Full Access to Climate Controlled Venue for weddings during all seasons.

o Full Access to Prep Kitchen for caterer or family preparing meal only.

o Use of Speaker system in the Barn and Set up to Plug in Ipod/MP3 player.

o Private Parking Lot for guest’s vehicles, hidden from view of the ceremony. (Approximately 3 Acres)

o 32x12 Porch/ Veranda area for entertaining with mountain views

o Access to Bridal Suite on the day of wedding for the bride and bridal party.

o Use of Barn and Grounds for Engagement & Bridal Photo Sessions.

o Seating for Outdoor Ceremony (Seats 180)

o 18 White Washed Farmhouse Tables & Benches & Chairs for Reception/Rehearsal dinner. Seats 180.

o Chiffon Draping in the Barn

o French Country Style Arbor for Outdoor Ceremony

o Exterior Fire Pit and Dance Floor Area

o Bar Area in the Barn for serving Drinks including 32 bottle wine cooler and deep freezer

o Handicap accessible men’s and women’s restrooms and entrances
o All of Heritage Acres Venue’s growing collection of Décor including centerpieces, glass vases, signs etc.
